The whole piece is about sex, built on "in jokes" between the members of the band. As previously stated a Diz refers to to the cleft of the penis. There are five members of the band plus the song writers Richard Meltzer and Sandy Pearlman, giving you the seven Diz-Busters to whom the song refers. Further sexual metaphors for you? Secret cave is a vagina, a rose refers to an anus, so "bury me there" becomes pretty obvious in it's meaning. "Cast iron for a bloodstream" refers to an erectic penis.
