Seems like good love gone bad in general. Sounds like he wanted or had someone to love and that person hurt him to the core. Also sounds he tried to talk to that someone and open up but ended up talking to himself and now is fighting the depression stage of love ending. I relate to this this song based on what I hear and feel when this plays. |

@[JimT:24136] Scar Tissue has Anthony saying it's about his decades long fight to kick heroin addiction. He feels that it changed him, not for the worse but to a better person. He doesn't condone the use but he won't judge people who do. He knows people have struggles and he sees both sides of the issue. He sounds better since 2000 and their music still improves. |
