I believe this song is about stalking and murder, because mainly of the lyrics "a little flash photography", "pay no mind to me", and "If you can be good you'll live forever - If you're bad, you'll die when you die". I believe it is a sort of Jigsaw killer idea. That if you're a bad person, you'll get what you deserve- aka, death.
