Aside from being my favourite song (Dem classic instruments mixed in) To me it's about losing a relationship, not necessarily a partner, can be any relationship, the 'Breathe in, breathe out' speaks to me, calming yourself down, easing your anxiety etc. More often than not, you’re gonna feel alone, It’s a long fall from the top, can you stand it? --- Basically it's how you feel losing someone, losing a friend, you're going to feel shitty a lot of the time, a long fall can be the sinking feeling in your stomach that eats you up. Gave it all that I got, everywhere I roam, I can’t do this alone, can you help me? --- You've given it your best to stay strong, everywhere you go, everything you do you just doesn't ease you, you feel so shitty you just need someone there to help you through it Burn and start again, Rebuild, forget.
