| @[Sevey13:23660] so glad I looked up these lyrics. I've listened to this band for years and recently saw them live. I've always had this song shuffle through and never paid much attention to the lyrics -- when I heard the grandfather/ grandmother part, I always just immediately took it as a nostalgic song. Beautiful beautiful lyrics though encapsulating a time we'd all want to freeze, initially have, or get back to. romances in the winter > summer love. great interpretation above. | |
