the most spookiest of all the doors songs the guitar repetetive riff is some how to me related to to uncle sam hunting charlie in the bush the guitar riff conjures up images of charlie lying in wait ready for uncle sam to see what they do next all ways ahead of american intelligence that they sent companies into the bush to flush out charlie but charlie was ready to fight dirty and the americans knew they should not of been there and charlie made sure it left the most psycholiogical damage back to the intruders and also they had won the war of mind power but the americans still fight on strong it was a just cause but only got screwed by there government upon arrival back home and no good came of the whole conflict of vietnam this song to me embodies charlie hiding lying in ambush and wait to find out why uncle sam was in there back yard and send the message go home yankee |

so maybe when he sais she gots big fat tyres and everything could mean she a little broad around the hips and he needs a big car to cart her around?
