Seem to refer to the delusions of the Devil. Will explain how: "Nobody leaves this place alive, they'll die and join the queue" = ref to how the Devil wants to bring death. "I'm gonna break right into heaven"= Basiically the Devil's desire. "I can't wait anymore" = ditto "Heaven's gates won't hold me, I'll saw those suckers down, Laughing loud at your locks ,When they hit the ground" = Devil's delusion/fantasy about how he'll get into heaven. |

The song is written from the perspective of the Devil. Here's the quotes to show how: Banquet for the dead= hell.
