| Stormtroopers Of Death – Fuck The Middle East Lyrics | 7 years ago |
|
PLAS and others Scott "Not" Ian did NOT mean this as a joke and if so you're fools to believe him. Here's what he said recently about said lyrics: "Scott - who with side-project Stormtroopers of Death wrote the pro-Israel song F*** the Middle East - embarked on his spoken word tour because he had started forgetting things." |

| Neil Young – The Needle And The Damage Done Lyrics | 8 years ago |
|
"I've seen the needle and the damage done A little part of it in everyone" Way out there and over analysing just want to put my 2 cents worth in like everybody else has and it's probably been said before but I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH!!! Anyway back to my point: "I've seen the needle and the damage done A little part of it in everyone" Man-kind is always addicted to something Whether it be drugs, alcohol, gambling, women But when he sings "But every junkie's like a settin' sun." Just like his rendition of Imagine after 9/11... He sang: "Imagine no possessions I wonder if I can." As opposed to Lennon's: "if you can" I say to Neil's last line instead of "But every junkie's like a settin' sun" I say: And everyone's like a setting sun |

| The Velvet Underground – Oh! Sweet Nuthin Lyrics | 8 years ago |
| Not a religious song by any means, but you sure can feel moved by it, by lifting your hands in the air and swaying especially along to the chorus. (Like if you're at a Gospel Church or something) | |

| System of a Down – Science (feat. Arto Tunçboyacıyan) Lyrics | 8 years ago |
|
Maoists hate this song. According to the Maoist Internationalist Movement a.k.a (MIM) this is what they had to say about the song and i quote: ' "Our disagreements with the band are in two main areas. One is that it opposes science itself in a song in the album titled "Science": "Science has failed our mother earth" and "spirit-moves-through-all-things," the song says. It is this sort of prevalent attitude which proves that people are going to have to choose between science and capitalism, because capitalism is giving science a bum rap. MIM is hoping people will keep the science and toss the capitalist system responsible for its production right now." My Father is spiritual and is religious but not much, he thinks religion is mostly the cause of all gthe problems in the world. He doesn't go to church every Sunday, but he still goes more often than i do. I think I'm spiritual sometimes, but as for science i believe it exists, but i don't pray to it every night, like i do to a so-called G*d which isn't there. BUT! Anyway my Dad thinks science is a good thing. And he worked in the Goverment Science Department for nearly 45 years. So he would know a thing or two. :) To sum up: Meh, science is okay, but when i die i'll go to heaven to because i've spent my life in hell. Peace! |

Oh you 3 are all wrong! And you're all idiots! "I'm hearing talk of joy in labor I'll tell you this you can leave me out The motherland's no place to cry for I want some sand to hide my head in I'm hearing talk of strength in labor That's something I can do without" This is about Soviet Russia! And how if you work you will find happiness Which workers did not Pleat is an idiot Phillstac3 is an idiot And Samhalverson is an idiot! Those lines are anti-Soviet and anti-Russian Russians usually refer to their country as the Motherland And Soviet's are evil Because they just think of material goods And nothing spiritual Pleat you are a complete idiot Case closed! |

"The why that I want you to die." The WHY that I want you to die... It's written like that on the album's lyric sheet page But Tom does sing... "The WAY that I want you to die" |

| The Libertines – Arbeit Macht Frei Lyrics | 8 years ago |
|
"Her old man He don't like blacks or queers Yet he's proud we beat the Nazis? How queer" Never understood what Pete didn't get about her Dad being proud that they beat the Nazis but he doesn't like black people or homosexual people. It's democracy isn't it Pete? If the Nazi's had won there wouldn't be freedom! I mean I love the working-class and trade-unionists but that doesn't make me a communist does it? Yeah... Never understood, why Pete didn't understand. |
