I believe this song is a lot deeper than what I read on the comments "I'm not the same as yesterday Ooh...It's hard to explain How things have changed But I'm not the same as before" Let's start with this part. When you change their is something that changes you but it's hard to explain how you yourself have changed. Your mental state has shifted and your personality may have become better or worse. "And i know there's so much more ahead I can barely believe that I'm here And I won't surrender quietly" You are aware of the future all the hardships waiting. You might not feel mentally here because your compassion from your previous self might have blanked out. " when we move We camouflage ourselves We stand in the shadows waiting We live for this and nothing more We are what You created" When they move as in present their self it's not them but a camouflage which was created by an outside force and who they really are is in the shadows waiting for a turn to be notice "Ican feel the storm The winds have changed Ooh..." So wind changing is like their mind becoming something else and a storm will come since their actual self is starting to come out. "Are you ready? Are ya ready? Are ya ready for me? Are you ready? Are ya ready? Are ya ready to see?" Are you ready for this changed person you were use to seeing as someone else emerge from their self? Are you ready to see the true person they are and not the person you thought they were? Well this is just one way and it's just what I think. |
