I see a clear reference to Jesus Christ, another man-god who comes later, after the Egyptian gods: "So bring me the blood and red wine for the one to succeed me For he is a man and a god-and he will die too." Red wine is the symbol for Christ's blood, as in the communion; he was a man and god at the same time and he died too (on the cross). |
