This is a very powerful and emotional song. It talks about love relationships which i know each of us have experienced this one way or another once in our lives. It shows us two lessons in life: ACCEPTANCE and FORGIVENESS. Acceptance in a way that in relationships, there is no such word as "PERFECT". We go into this not knowing where it might lead us. The only thing that we know is that we love this person. Even the idea that this person loves us in return is not an assurance when you enter into relationships. This is the part which we cannot control. But, you know what, in spite of this, we still move forward and we try as much as possible to make the relationship work because we can picture ourselves as one big happy family in the future. Forgiveness in a way that in relationships, it is not always a bed of roses. We encounter obstacles and challenges both external and internal factors which could lead us to question our love and if not resolved, may lead us to commit mistakes that could hurt the person we love. Forgiveness is being able to accept the faults of that person and move forward; letting go of the past together with it all the aches and pains. But even with these 2 things present, there is still no assurance that the love before would ever be fixed and bring it back to where it all started. That is why, we are given the freedom of choice because we are free to decide on our own. If you think that the relationship can be fixed, then so be it. But, "Don't Think, Don't Try, Just Do It'" Do all the necessary things to fixed it. If you think that the relationship is better off to end, then so be it. But, "Don't Think, Don't Try, Just Do It'". No turning back, no regrets, be responsible and firm on what you believe in because as what the song tells us... The hell with other people, friends and even families and friends, At the end of the day, it is only the both of you that MATTERS MOST... |
