| Anthony Hamilton – Chyna Black Lyrics | 8 years ago |
| This song seems to clearly be about a drug (possibly heroine), and the singers addiction to it; but it is so artfully done, one can practically hear the struggle the singer is experiencing. This singer (and I hope Mr. Hamilton was using his imagination, and not speaking about his experience), is talking about utter resignation - he can't resist the pull of his addiction. And he has accepted for not that the drug is in charge ("...ain't no need in fighting for what's yours") It's a very sad and beautiful song to me | |
