| First of all, this song is absolutely beautiful. As much as a cheating situation is applicable here, I resonate with this a lot without that aspect. In a relationship, one is starting to look into the details "the devil is right there in the details" of the problems in their relationship and realizing that they are uncovering something they never wished to. Displacing the emotion on someone else makes one able to continue on in their situation without addressing. As someone previously mentioned, when they do get too close to realizing their truth, they say "no, no, no, no." Powerful song. | |
