No matter how far life brings you down, you can always get back up. "Just fight it, just fight it" Every difficulty faced in life is a lesson to be learned. If you fight to get back up you will "be transformed" into a stronger being. Even when others say you're "out of time," you can still rise. "This is no mistake, no accident" meaning you can't wait for life to just fix itself and suddenly, by "accident", you're high in life. Katy Perry is saying that's how she grew to be who she is. She was doubted, but she didn't want to give up. She wanted to thrive, and so she did with that mentality. She didn't let anyone's negativity get into her head.
