This song is crazy relatable to me. I escaped several times from my house. One time I actually got so far, and left the city, that someone was kind enough to stop and ride me back home... actually twice! In different occasions and by different people. "Life Is Worth Living," now doesn't that sound catchy? If it sounds catchy it might be somewhat true I guess... and in my opinion life is worth living. Honestly, it has got to matter something. I always find great reassurance in the fact that at least there's something rather than nothing. You know what is a life without purpose? Absolute nothingness. Be grateful for things. And I'm sure life sucks for some people though. But tell you honestly we are still trying to find a way to bring comfort and relief for everyone going through tough times, whether they have health problems or mood problems. If you never found empathy through seeing other people suffer, then I believe you are not part of the living. I'm sorry, I'm just yapping. I hope you all are staying safe. |

Alright so straight up I didn't wanna talk about this version... I wanted to talk about the Skylar Grey - Coming Home, Pt. II version instead, but it wasn't on the website. So if you apologize me, I'll go ahead and do that. Skylar Grey's second part of the original Coming Home song was and is still in a way my reason to live. I listened to this song so much; cried, "hated," loved, lost, etc. I kinda find it hard to like it like I did before, and that is mostly because Skylar turned to be shadier than I thought she could be. She used to be sweet, and I'm sorry... but even more beautiful. Now she makes songs like "Dark Thoughts" that are so revealing to human nature that is only natural that I would hate her guts now and what she turned into. The message of the song is really pretty... well I mean, when you really think about it, it is said with the tone that "soldiers are coming home" after ruining other people's lives. When I first heard it, it was watching the music video... and I instantly knew: I disliked this because a soldier appeared on the video. I'm sorry if this sounds mean or whatever, but soldiers fight in wars and I don't like wars, at all. Plus the tone she sets on this version of the song (remember, talking about Pt. II), feels really rough since she tells the audience essentially to overcome any obstacles until you get home, but the part where she literally screams "I'm coming home!" you could either take with happiness, knowing that a soldier is sure to come home... or with sadness, knowing that they might not. I don't know guys, if you like this song and/or the original that's fine; but to me this song is not so much a positive message, as it comes from a person who has a shady and dark personality. |

It happened to me that I was getting tired of certain person, but strangely I was always coming back. And mind you this is not any kind of "love," if you will. I ain't got that much time to spend time with someone in real life, neither could I. My bond is with someone online who in a way I think is the reason I believe in love. Sorry if this sounds like a boring read, but I went through a phase where I wanted to find that new love... move on from the previous one, that was getting kinda lame for me. The thing is you eventually learn to cope with people in some ways, and unless there's not enough time to salvage that love, I believe you will always come back to that person that once meant something to you... whether you remember them or watch them from afar. I believe Dua Lipa was around 20 or so when she released her first album... and she's like only one month older than me... so; I kinda relate to what she was going through, hearing this song's lyrics. I was also getting depressed, thinking I was "going through my best and worst moments of my life." This turned out to be crazy long, but if you feel passionate about a song or whatever... might as well write a long essay. So yeah; it's about finding a new love away from that old "love" that doesn't make you feel as good as it did once. Hopefully, this is just a sentiment that lasts a while and it's more of a necessity or breather from finding a new love, but not necessarily drifting away forever from that love from before. I'm in love to this day with that person, and it's been 7 plus years. But luckily, I also have my "backup" love. I'm sure love per se is more complicated than whatever I have (remember, it's mostly me and my online world), but I dare not bring myself down like that because I believe love is about feeling something for someone and deserving that love back. Whenever you're overthinking about something, anything or everything, remember this: You can't hold the weight of a mountain in your shoulders, much less understand the whole existence! I think Chester was overthinking and worrying too much here, and I am with him. But there are people who want to carry too much only by thinking, and that's no way to live. I understand that he was going through depression, grief and of course substance abuse took the best of him or the worst in him, but he should have seek help and we shouldn't have ignored the signs. He wanted to prove something, I feel. I always tell to myself: "but you shouldn't have killed yourself, man." Remember that you matter, keep in contact with people and help whatever way you can, smile, watch your favorite anime, etc. Love you everyone and rest in peace Chester! |

It is really existential; it's like picturing yourself running in circles, how we feel that we've been here before. It's all about the concept of something being sempiternal no matter what; like it doesn't matter if you think you're free you're always in this circle with no way out. I hope it's not like this, worse would be nothing at all. The fact that there's something tells me that at least there are some things we can change. Have you ever pictured nothingness? That would be truly sempiternal. "Will we ever see the end?", we will. Everything comes to an end. But there's always a new beginning. We should really be grateful for the things we have, instead of wondering what we don't have. It's like drowning in a glass of water, basically. Just fuck existence and do as you will. |

It is similarly different with the song called With You. Some people, like myself, relate more to mental health than relationships. I think this song is all about dealing with these problems alone and with no one else's help. It's all about having fears, doubts and insecurities; and I think a lot of people can relate with that. |

I think this song is all about finding someone who loves you. Also the mental struggles of wanting help but not finding it. How she's feeling destructive for not finding that love, or maybe that's the way she is and why she doesn't find it. We get a positive message that besides not finding love, she still feels alive. This was my first Aurora song and I think it should have been the opener to her debut album! |

In the end means probably the end of things, rather than death. I had this feeling too that everything is so static, it stays the same and it doesn't change. Like everything was going on at once, everything that could happen. I also think about nothingness and everything way too much.

I took a personal meaning to this song. To me the first meaning is to enjoy the sunrise. He said in a podcast that is about watching the sunrise and falling in love with life again. It makes me want to wake up in the morning, put this song and watch the sunrise. Also the second meaning is that you finally got free of something that was restraining you, you got out. Meaning as in the other side of the sunrise. I like the first meaning better, but I'll take both. That's my personal observation. Beautiful song overall and my second favorite by Satch. |

This song is about someone who is drunk in life. Not in the literal sense of having drank alcohol, but with the same effect as someone who is seeing aimlessly. To me is the best song in the album, the killer bop. How many times a song can get in your head, thinking it's talking to you? It happened to me in a weird sense. This is my favorite Satch album for sure. Don't care too much about stuff, only the right amount. At the end, it's just the way it is. |

Es triste para mi porque esta cancion arranco muy esperanzadora, pero se torno triste. Tiene un tono melancolico a pesar de llamarse "ultima esperanza". Es una lastima porque podria haber sido una cancion muy inspiradora, pero en lugar de eso es algo triste. Se lo que es lidiar con problemas, especialmente los que se van a tu cabeza. Basicamente, esta cancion te echa en cara todo lo triste que es la vida, todo el sufrimiento que sentimos al estar vivos en ella, y que al final hay esperanza. Pero al final hay solo muerte, lo siento decir. Vivir es ahora y eso es lo que importa. |
