@[scott l109:21276] Spot on! We NEED to see and UNDERSTAND that darkness. And there is immense beauty in it, looking at it retrospectively. But... for most people who will be able to identify with this... you really can get out of that mess! Just listen to Jordan Peterson or Jocko Willink or some one inspiration to get you on the right track... I don't care, but get your life together! And I have all 5 or 6 Matt Elliott albums and I love so many of his songs. But now looking back about 6-7 years when I was really stuck in this music... it wasn't a good place. But it's incredibly beautiful and you can appreciate the melodies and the lyrics even afterwards, when you're fine and happy. :) |
