I have listened to this song over and over prior to reading the lyrics, even after..... I honestly (unless she is not as lucky as many of us) feel that the song is speaking about the lover in her life (man, woman, husband or wife) being that drug! I know for sure, my husband and I have had people in our pasts, but it takes that special person "drug" to make your euphoric state run wild when that natural dopamine kicks in from "natural" pleasure! Therefore, I hereby declare my husband Bruce to be my favorite DRUG!! Xoxo to All!! |
