@[thequeenisdead:42685] This is a reference to a guy who broke into the palace and got into the Queens bedroom and sat on her bed and had a chat with the Queen for about 10mins before security was alerted. This is how that conversation would have went had it been Morrissey who broke in that day. |

@[Boothby:42684] that verse is a reference to the interviews that the Royals do whilst walking in their gardens and how the Queen is very often wearing a head scalf to protect her hair from the rain. |

| The Smiths – Back to the Old House Lyrics

Whatever meaning in the past, I think this song is far more relevant to Morressey now. He would rather not go back to the Smith house, if you imagine the song sung to them it's quite fitting.
I have been with the smiths since the beginning.my brother loved them I loved them then I finally got to see them live with my dad in about 1986. I was 11. The James were supporting which was awesome too. |

| The Smiths – Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now Lyrics

@[marquicerise:20302] I have often wondered if morrissey misheard this title as a youngster as often we do. I imagine a young morrissey going around singing heaven knows I'm miserable now along with sandie Shaw. Kind of like when I used to sing "as long as the hand across the table is mine..." |
