Ok Here's my take: Bluejay Fusion got it right. It's about MATERIALISM itself and how it is used to confuse us about what is real. And what makes us powerful, and what makes life meaningful ultimately. If we are constantly mired in dualities, like war and peace, innocence and guilt and what side to be on always we will never see that life is spiritual and undivided. The hippest people back then as well as now know something about the transcendent unified nature of life as can be revealed by psychedelics. The song is about the schizo-divisive BS all around us and why it is imperative to transcend all that. |
