Just think the song is about a child facing divorce, the arguing parents telling the child to go play with a friend or watch tv. Now the tv comes in to add to the kaos as the child can no longer live with her mother, her dog and everything that was fun. Now the last part of the song the child has grown and is going through the same cycle. ...and all we all worry about is there life on Mars? Through life we must learn from our mistakes or be doomed to repeat them. |
