This song sings to my soul. A favorite. I believe this song means that we may think the world or a person or a thing or a relationship is one way, but often if we just stopped and focused and zeroed in and thought about it, examined it a little closer, too the time, we would see the truth. "Come a little closer and you'll see. Things aren't always what they seem to be." "Time flys by, they all sang along" meaning life moves very fast and we usually only have a chance to look at things at face value, and base our decisions and life on that short glance or assumption or stereotype.
