Led Zeppelin – Stairway to Heaven Lyrics 7 years ago

Your interpretation kind of explains the line "If there's a buzzer in your hedgehog, don't be alarmed now" that never made sense to me... until now.

Bearing in mind that Sting is credited for writing the "I want my MTV" line, you'd probably deserve a "chick" yourself...

The Sisters of Mercy – Temple Of Love (Extended) Lyrics 8 years ago
Strong religious message - with pagan connotations. The temple of love can be interpreted as the female genital. As a source of shelter from all evil.

As my dear mother in law often says it about his husband with whom they have been married for more than 50 years: "a relationship is about giving and taking. I give advice to him he takes no notice." We can all a bit selfish in our relationships.

Yeasayer – I Am Chemistry Lyrics 8 years ago
All materials and plants mentioned in the song are harmful, most of them a lethal. It is kind of a love song of a toxic couple. Great song, a "chemical reaction" to Radioactive by Imagine Dragons.

Pearl Jam – Indifference Lyrics 8 years ago
This beautiful song is about mental resistance. It involves taking a series of possible actions into account that would follow from a sad/angry/depressed state of mind -- acts one would feel like doing, to discard them in realization of their futility. The song is equally about grievance (a mental grievance projected into self destructive physical actions) and recovery from this self destructive urge by asking the million dollar question: "How much difference does it make?"
