Yep definitely synths. Roland SH1/SH101 as well as the Prophet 6. Wicky wicky indeed! Why do they fit -- strange complicated machinery with lots of knobs. The chosen weapon of synthstrumentalists. It doesn't take anything away from the song, in fact it adds alot of depth and context. Maybe the author was having to ditch their old Roland SH101 for a new Prophet 6, and was having mixed feelings about it. "You better be sure before you leave me for another one..." |
