@[Kicknsand:18353] I thinking this song is about her coming to awareness she's in a relationship with a narcissist. The honeymoon period is over and he's begun to devalue her. She's struggling to make sense of how she was put on a pedestal and made to feel so wonderful, and now slowly he's chipping away at her self worth and managing down her expectations. She questions her (true) confidence. She knows she needs to leave but she also knows she's abandoned her true self by having given up to him and his control.
