Shit, first off these lyrics along with the way his voice sounds just capture the inner depth of the soul. I can relate with it. He's gained acceptance. Relationships are difficult for everybody. We want to cocompri, we (well majority) are caring people. We battle the selfish indulging part of us that wants to control what can't be controlled sometimes. We are all scared to commit cause nobody wants to get hurt. We care we love but we need to be more understanding and considerate and just let life be life ,and dont let it take your happiness. One or both were playing head games or one person was being selfish with ther beliefs and decision's ("i dont want to do it your way", "i dont want to know".... To me that's someone being dishonest. You might not be ready to hear them. And it all can improve with just simple ass communication. That's why they say communication is key. If both men and women can relate to these lyrics then we are more similar then you'd think. This song is the best way to get over a breakup.It's perfect. It reminds me to be genuine with people and if they aren't that way back then either stay and be unhappy or leave them alone. We all get to be young and dumb in life once. We dont have no control. We're out of control. Lol we try to control each other. Lol you can only try your still not in control. "I just want to know your alright i got to know your allright." He is a caring guy. Yes they are out there. We do exist. But as both genders yes we make mistakes but love is a mother fucker. But what i got the most out of this is I had to mature to understand and its a lifelong journey.
