My 94 year old badass Grandma, one two elder kin I had in parts of my life. She was the only and last, helped raise me. She passed yesterday, it was about as ideal way to go for her and the few of us family. It wasn't some damned "statistic" or suddenly, if ya feel me here in 2021. But man, this song and others on Fragile, now.. yeah.. Rain for days here in Oregon. "Dead people receive more flowers than the living ones because Regret is stronger than Gratitude" - Anne Frank Appreciating the small things requires only a small portion of your time, while regret will consume the remainder of what's left, leaving you incapable of appreciating the moments going forward. |

@[antrl:34097] Yup, reminds me of another great band Drive By Truckers song 'Gravity's Gone' " I've been falling so long its like gravity's gone and I'm just floating" They've got a way with words and backing it up with instrumentality. M.M. was one of my first and have always highlighted certain things some people just don't care to understand, which is understandable. Duh duh duh duh duhduhduhduh duh duh duh duhduhduhduh...ups and downs. Its brilliant with the banjo. I see them every chance I get and it never seems like the younger kids get what the songs are about. On a good note I got two jobs today that I'm going to LOVE. I thought of this song.
