I think this song talks about her losing her virginity. She knows it’s not a good idea because the guy it simply is bad person or a “Player “who doesn’t love her but they are both sexually attracted but she knows its not good for her. "He's looking for a dog Did you find your bitch in me" So she lets herself go because she is falling in love or attracted to him "The devil had control over me I was finding it hard to breath and Finding it hard to fight the feeling" Finding it hard to fight the feeling she wants to stop but she can’t. “Before I go and cross the line” and “I never knew you had such a dirty mind” Can be interpreted with sex and sexual attraction So by saying “I broke my glass balloon I let go of my glass balloon” I see it as I let go of my virginity or I broke my promise.
