| This song is about a relationship, but its a relationship with God , at least thats what i feel when i listen to it, i grew up with a strong christian influence in my life. but during my 20's i left morals and good decisions behind, and now in my early 30's and having a 3 year old son my life has turned around but i still feel the burden of what i have done and i would like nothing more than to let the rain come and wash away my "sins". . . . either way the beauty of an amazing song is everyone can find their own personal meaning from it , its not cut and dry only one meaning | |
