The cello will break your heart, as will seeing the lead singer as a much older man singing the lyrics he wrote back in 1969. Especially plaintive is the line “The world is a bad place / A bad place / A terrible place to live / Oh, but I don't want to die.” That’s the human condition, isn’t it?
