Blahhh I am so sick of labels. I'm really bad with labeling the music I like so I just try to avoid it and listen to what sounds good. I know Dashboard is just plain acoustic (or he used to be..), and most of the other stuff I listen to is pop-punk (rufio, taking back sunday, yellowcard, vroom, june spirit, alkaline trio, further seems forever, the starting line, juliana theory, get up kids, hot rod circuit, finch, midtown, movielife, stryder, etc etc blah blah blahhhh) but the harder stuff i have no idea. glassjaw, from autumn to ashes, poison the well? what are those classified as? from my very limited knowledge of emo i'd say fafa's song 'short stories with tragic endings" is emo...or am i completely wrong? i mean it's melodic and has emotional lyrics with hardcore screaming...but i dunno, the only band that i know for sure is emo is rites of spring! bahh don't kill me now :) i try to like everything and avoid labels. so what is from autumn to ashes? oh and penfold, what would that be? i mean they are on a cd called emo diaries but thats not really emo...I AM SO CONFUSED I AM GOING TO SHOOT MYSELF! k bye. |

I wish it was from a girls pov too so I could actually quote it in my profile without sounding gay, oh well. Anyway this song is awesome, i love vroom! This is my favorite song by them but "dumb like that" is good too. Too bad, with the way things usually go, the girl probably only considers him a friend..(haha there's me being bitter and cynical) |

I can completely relate to this song, this happens to a lot. You like someone and they only like you as a friend...but then it goes both ways because I've experienced someone liking me and I only consider them a friend. Either way it sucks and really hurts. :( |
