| I was in LA in the early 90's playing in a band, and was running with Robbin for a minute , one day we were at his studio, and I had asked him about this song, he told me that he was really upset with what they had done to his poem, it was originally written for a girl, but they had chopped it all up and turned into a tongue and cheek song. I was a bit taken by his disposition, because this was the song that sealed their fate to forever be in rock history as a band. This let me know that he was a real artist, RIP Robbin, miss you! | |
