I think that "he" got into an argument with "his lover" and now "he's" trying to make things better but "she" refuses. ("Don't let me do this to myself", "im chasing roller coasters", "I've got to have you closer now") So "he" leaves to go somewhere, and "she" follows (maybe a few hours later.) ("Well I never really thought that you'd come tonight") And the argument between them ("when the crown hangs heavy on either side") And he might think that they will end or breakup ("give me one last kiss while we're far too young to die") OR their relationship has just begun and/or is in really good shape and they don't want to mess it up ("far too young to die") REALLY GOOD SONG<3 |
