I think it's about a woman who completely lost herself in an unhealthy relationship. She battled thick and thin with this man to go nowhere good in the end. She made a new commitment to stop fighting so hard to something that broke her all the way down to nothing and instead fight to get herself back. She learned to love who she is inside and found a peaceful happiness no one could never take away again. She's learned happiness comes within and is one thing in this world that can't be stolen. She regrets nothing about the past because she realizes it's what made her stronger, wiser and inspired the brand new her she loves so much. She gave too much of herself to the wrong person. She runs in to him and the new her is like a slap in the face to what he had taken for granted and lost forever.
