| the way jon davis writes the lyrics about lestats anger and loneliness, desires and fears and his emotional frailty can also be interpreted as the way we all feel at times.. some more than others.. have you ever been in a room full of people and you couldn't be your true self?? why did you feel the need to hide yourself from these people.. in my case.. if people saw the real me the first time they met me.. there more than likely wouldn't be a second meeting. im no monster. but " an acquired taste" would be a nice way of describing me.. those lyrics, though written for the movie, are as relate-able to all of us humans as well.. just my opinion.. thanks | |
