Tyler Joseph – TB Saga Lyrics 9 years ago
This is my interpretation of the Taco Bell saga.

Fast food
Greasy
Taco
I love

This introduction is a short summary about Tyler's love for tacos.

Nacho bell grande
Cheesy gordita
I like your nachos
Like diarrhea
Man I really like
Taco bell

This part is mostly examples of why Tyler loves tacos so much, but at the end, you can infer that he doesn't like tacos from just anywhere, but he especially enjoys Mexican food from Taco Bell.

I know I can't
Watch you make my food
Drop it on the floor
I think it's rude
Man I really like
Taco bell

This verse reveals that Tyler can sometimes have conflicting thoughts about Taco Bell, but he remains faithful anyway. Their delicious food is what keeps him sane.

Here's to the Mexican
Who makes me my food (me gusta)
How is that I just ate
Now I have to poop

The first part of the chorus shows that Tyler does know who is making the food, but he is still curious about how the food works. He still wants to know how he needs to poop even though he recently ate.

Fast food
Greasy
Taco
I love
Food like this
Could only come
From above (x2)

This part of the chorus could be a hyperbole, that the Mexican making tacos could be the embodiment of Jesus Christ.

Rob the taco store and ask ‘em for a refill
Hey this is JRizzle
Listen up all y'all
I'm winning tacos just because of this gumball
I put chalupas where my mouth is
So watch this
Because I'm the dopest rapper
That you've ever messed with

This part of the song is about people who are very passionate about Taco Bell and make music about it.

Sir, welcome to Taco Bell
May I take your order
Yeah can I have a big mac and a pepsi
Sir we don't sell big macs
And some chicken nuggets
We don't have chicken nuggets either
Serious?

This part is a description of people who don't accept people who love Taco Bell. People like this tend to be ignorant and hardly know anything about Taco Bell.

T-A-C-O B-E double L
The cashier's name is Omar Vizquel
People always
Persecute me
But I know they'll die
For eating Chipotle
How is it that you
Could hate
Good old taco bell
And how is it that you
Could like Chipotle

Sadly, there are people in this world that worship Chipotle. It is okay to worship some other Mexican restaurants, but Chipotle is one of the most evil restaurants to visit. In this part of the song, Tyler reassures himself and other Taco Bell lovers that those who choose Chipotle will have to eat at El Infierno when they die (a Mexican restaurant in Hell).

We walked into the Taco Bell
Because I was craving some crunchy shell
The man behind the counter said oopah (oopah)
I was flying as high as a kite
And I looked up to my delight
They were having a special on chalupas
My chalupa
My chalupa
My chalupa
My chalupa

This part of the song is basically when Tyler takes the listener back in time. It's when he first ate at Taco Bell. His first Taco Bell experience was from a chalupa, which was having a sale.

And as you know there was a man
Who preached the truth
On rock and sand
And Jesus won't hold you sins to you
And we all know he broke the bread
But I know that St. Peter said
That his favorite food was chalupas
My chalupa
My chalupa
My chalupa
My chalupa

This shares the same message, except it reveals Tyler's belief in Jesus Christ being Mexican.

I love this song
Beef
It's a good song
And Cheese
Beef and cheese
Beef and cheese yeah
Beef and cheese in a taco shell yeah
Beef and cheese in a taco shell
Take that it'll make you fat
We got the stuff that'll your booty go
Take that it'll make you fat
We got the stuff that'll your booty go
Take that it'll make you fat
We got the stuff that'll your booty go
Take that it'll make you fat
We got the stuff that'll your booty go
Beef and cheese
Beef and cheese
And lettuce
Beef and cheese
Beef and cheese
And lettuce
Beef and cheese
Beef and cheese
Okay
And lettuce
Beef and beef and cheese

This is a demonstration of people who aren't as devout to Taco Bell as Tyler, but still have a general understanding of what it's like to eat there.

Now is the time
That we end this song
Without tacos
Life would be wrong
Man I really love taco bell
Michael was right
Tacos are great
If you're real hunger
They're open real late
Man I really love taco bell

This last part of the song is a final reassurance that the would would be a sad place without restaurants like Taco Bell.

This is a joke, by the way.
