The lyrics, I can only imagine having to do with a broken relationship that the person who is explaining the situation is/was valued very much. To me it sounds like this person is just confused as to what has happened in the midst of everything, if anything. Really relatable, definitely brings on a few tears :,) |

I feel like in general, the song could be about someone who completely broke another person's heart, tried to take it for themselves, tried to take advantage of someone's love. Although in the end, they just ended up hurting the person so badly, to where they didn't feel the capacity to really love much of anything. |

So recently I've had really bad depression, almost killed myself 3 times this week. I got to talking about it with one of my friends (I have feelings for her, and she knows it) and i got so caught up in the moment that i took it out on her. I'll show her this song and I hope it can describe how i feel better than I can. Glad to hear bands make music to show emotion better than i can describe it. Great album as well. |
