| This has been my favorite song since I was a teenage girl in 1995. Sitting in my room full of GenX angst listening to this with my headphones on...Made the whole world disappear and I could paint my own beautiful landscape full of explosive drums and lyrics dripping with love and compassion. Then when my favorite band Deftones released a cover of it in 2005 on B-Sides and Rarities I almost lost my shit. At that time I didn't even know Far was involved, or that they included the track on their 1997 EP Swoon. To me, this is, and will always be one of the most beautiful songs ever written. | |
