Definitely a reference to Adam and Eve in the garden in Genesis. More specifically, a song to reflect on our "fallen" state ie. sin nature yet still wanting to be connected to God even though his first reaction was to hide from God among the trees. God speaking: Read Genesis 3 and specifically look at verse 8. "They heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden."
