I had hoped to have more of these kinds of songs for other killers in various states but sadly we'll only ever have this masterpiece to stand alone with no contenders. It's just so amazing putting this between a pair of fairly upbeat songs on the album as well near the beginning. |

"Years ago they took from me The only thing I ever loved For I've returned, hear me say There's nowhere to run" Chills me every time, idk about over long since it's an AMAZINGLY great song, I'd say it'd be cool to have a half length radio edit or some such but that also seems like it'd defeat the purpose, this is their 'look what we can do' kind of showoff song in my mind. |
