I cried the first time I heard this. Maybe it struck a chord with me, but whatever it was, all I could think of was "wow". It's just hte fact that so many people feel this way and they don't know how to express it, and this expresses it well...perfectly (lol). |

This song is so great. We've got all these songs that sound the same, written about the WTC, and not that I'm bashing them...but they all get to sound the same. But then one listen to this, and it's just liek "woah". What they're saying may sound out-right, blunt, and in-your-face, but it's what needs to be said and if that's what it takes, then so be it. |

The 3rd and 4th lines are wrong. It's: And all these guys, I think they want to fight me, and all these girls, I know that they don't like me.
Great song tho. |

| Good Charlotte – Thank You Mom Lyrics

This song is so amazing, for a punk band, or any band for that matter. It shows that sure, they can sing about relationships going down or their horrible high school days, but there's always something good: in this case, their mom. It's so sweet. My mom likes it too. Hehe. |

This song is awesome. It sounds even better when it's performed. I'll take a stab at it and say that it's about someone who treated him badly, but at the same time, he can't stop thinking about him/her. |

| Savage Garden – You Can Still Be Free Lyrics

This is one of the best written songs I've ever heard in my life. If you've heard the story behind how it was written, it seems much more significant. It was inspired by the death of a person, and how the writer feels that the person's soul can't move on and meet peace. Instead, it's staying where it shouldn't be, brooding on the past and wanting forgiveness that it will never get. |

I can tell just by reading that the writer was going through a bad time. Obviously a significant relationship is completely gone, and he's feeling the anger and resentment that most do when something happy leaves you forever. |

Beautiful song. Very inspiring.
It's a great song to listen to when you just need to brighten up and realize that things have to get worse before they get better, but just remember that they do get better. May not be soon, but they will eventually. |

Every relationship goes through a stage where both don't think that it will last. But in this case, he obviously really wants to pull through this bad stage. He states that defences were built from each other but neither wants to be the first one to take a stand and tear them down. |

Some critics say that using the "I believe" is corny but I think it's a great way to state your..beliefs I guess. Funny thing is I agree with most of what is said, minus a couple lines. The one I like the best is "I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness" |

I really enjoy the emotion of this song. I think it's about the fact that a relationship has fallen apart to a point beyond repair. |
