| Joy Division – Failures Lyrics | 8 years ago |
| To me it seems, just like if he would describe the impossibility for modern man to choose or to control his own life and to pick sides eventhough he sees that our way of living is full of failures but and he no longer denies it, but he still has to life that way | |
| The Cure – The Last Day of Summer Lyrics | 9 years ago |

For me these lines: "Nothing I am Nothing I dream Nothing is new Nothing I think or believe in or say Nothing is true" Is about ideals and our humankind way of thinking that especially wright now we don't create our own ideals, ways of life and so on. And what we accept as our beeing, our dreams our thougts and our words has been there already and just exists as a casual result of our influences. And the lines: "It used to be so easy, I never even tried Yeah, it used to be so easy But the last day of summer, never felt so cold The last day of summer, never felt so old Never felt so" I interpret as the awaking and the trying to find a new own way out of the easy summer. And the coldness of lonelyness and the oldness and energyless of the person that understands himself as a person that was in the wrong way for a long time. But these song is on bloodflowers and all bloodflowers cd is about ending, loosing and the acception of ending (life, love etc.) So also these song probably was ment as a song about ending of a good and easy time/ summer. |
