For me this song mean a lot. I have taken part in war where i helped destroy iraqi tanks and took pride in the fact. But as an Exfriend told me 25 years ago " There we're people in those tanks!" I now know most of the enemy were poor devil forced to serve Saddam. Same Exfriend had bad falling out with before 9/11 because of my phobias and lack of faith and ruined our friendship. Now 9 years later and another war I got a taste of what being shoot at with rockets was like! So scared I might die I reached out to my Exfriend for her forgiveness. Thankfully she did. Now I think I can forgive myself for what I have done in my life... |
