Plain and simple—this sound is about climate change/global warming. It’s about ignoring climate change and just going on with your life. “The disaster didn’t get you this time.” “You think we’ve been here before..you are mistaken.” That is argument Republicans make is this is just normal climate partners that happen with the earth. Amazing song |

| I agree with most that it's about religion but I'll get even more specific. I think it's about the Catholic Church and the sexual abuse sandal on young boys. Just read the first verse and it makes sense. "Taking young innocence." Great lyrics buried in a punk, fast moving song! | |
