It's more about the hesitation a guy has, starting conversations with girls in parties. "No. 1 Party Anthem" stands for this exact feeling, when you don't have the confident to approach but thinks she wants you to. "on a prowl", you look for her like a predator following its prey. "look of love, rush of blood" - a new love. "she's with me, gallic shrug" - she has a someone. "shutterbug, camera plus..." - just a good time in a party, taking pics and whatnot. "the good time girls, cubicles.." - a night with this girl, nothing serious. I can relate so to each and every word, I hope I can explain what it means. Its about how hard you try to find a good love and relationshop, but still keep on failing.
