I've read all the comments and opinions stated here. All are kool but highly subjective. The song itself is also highly subjective, that what made reading your reviews was so interesting. Very interesting... Kurt Cobain wrote In Bloom and soon followed up with the video in 1990. It was fun for Nirvana to recording in studio and insainely funny during the video production. Kurt was simply having a little fun with his creative license. He freely expressed what the worlds wrost song writer (Courtney Love) would be like if she had the wrost possible sounding band and what would they look like. (Hole) They (Hole) would be horrible with everything they had done, and they were. In contrast Nirvana had made a new sound that helped shap the 1990's. Nirvana was Great...but Hole was Shit, which means they always will be. Nirvana was no Hole and Hole was no Nirvana. Kurt just having fun but didn't live long enough to tell the full story, and there story didn't last very long. peterdavid2009@aol.com |
