| @[SarahW103:12078] Dear Future-Teacher-of-America's-Youth SarahW103, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never forget that the root cause of it all may just be the parents abusing the child. I was the messed-up kid, the one not listening, the problem child, the "pot smoking drug addict", the criminal(I shoplifted one time), the habitual run away(they never asked WHY I ran away, they just threw me in jail)I wonder who I would have become if I was shown some understanding and some SUPPORT from my parents instead of leaving me to the state to be dealt with. I wonder where I would be if, instead of constantly being torn down and told that I was this or that, what if they said "It's ok to be who you are and I love you."... Man, seems so easy to me, so why was it so hard for them? Epic fail, mom and dad. And by the way... ah nevermind, wasted words now. | |
