To me, the song is representable of living with a personality-disorder and/or depression/anxiety/social-phobia, and how when you stay strong and keep that determination, you start to realise that you have a greater grasp on it that is does you. "Lit the fuse to it", to me, means that the negativity is about to lift and "like to know who i am", meaning to enjoy learning to love yourself and being in a positive and more peaceful state of mind. And even when you're feeling a little lost and hopeless still, through experiencing life in the present rather than in your head, you are reminded of what it is to feel happier and good about life and yourself. |
