I like your metaphor, it is definitely true. But, I will say this. There are people who do actually believe that everything is alive, including the planets and stars. Some kind of different consciousness that is on whole other level. They would say that humans are parasites for the very reason you just gave. Basically, killing the life in Earth and it's chance to ever evolve into a star. And of course these same people will say that these planets have an effect on our psyche as well. The astrologers strongly believe that the planets give off different energies that could possibly change our mood from happy to anger to violence. The moon is mentioned in this song for a reason. Because it is seen as the force that creates insanity. It must be the heavenly body they are talking about. Lunatic came from the root word Lunar, after all. Of course, I don't believe in any of this shit. Just jesting around man. I only read about it on some crazy website. Heh. |
