Honestly, I don't think anyone's thought of it like this: The birds on a wire and the birds of a feather may be two completely different pairs of birds. It's just a vague guess, though. Also, I think the meaning shouldn't be found out. Maybe Regina wanted it that way. Not to be understood. |

| why the HELL does it have to be a “he” and “she”? SHE SAID HE AND HE, IF SHE MEANT HE AND SHE SHE WOULD'VE SUNG THAT INSTEAD. Why the HELL does it have to be a heterosexual relationship, if it even is a song about a relationship? What's wrong with it being homosexuals, huh? WHAT? the song's meaning probably isn't even what you stated, it has a much deeper feeling to it, like how caring for someone can drag you down. | |
