I can't believe no one (in the 7 pages of comments I read) as come to the, clear to me, explanation of the singer suffering schizophrenia and having a case similar to Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. Roland is a persona of the singer, and happens to be "his best friend" because "he always had the time to speak with him and he liked him for that", that's because he was the only one who could understand the singer Roland is an unstable persona that can lead him to do horrendous things with his "sixteen knives" like "severing segments" of people, I suppose The worst thing is that "he liked that" At some time he was "caught in a public place" within his persona and now he's in an asylum just a plus, the "oh look, it stopped snowing" seems to me like he's trying to avoid the subject because he fells uncomfortable to talk about it |
